Getting the right planning solution to any building project is both difficult and time consuming. At G.H.Johnston Building Consultants Ltd. we believe physical planning should be both good and affordable.
As few projects are alike we offer a planning service tailored to each project and every site. Apart from consultation with local planning authority officers, additional information is gathered from structure plan and local plan documents.
Sometimes lobbying of planning committee members is thought nessessary and we can advise on procedures and codes of conduct. In most Scottish planning authorities elected councillors make decisions based on local knowledge and the planning officer's advice. For this reason proper presentation is essential for all projects, large or small. |
